Job Description

We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina, starting on Jan 5, 2026. The role involves weekday shifts, primarily focused on morning team meetings, tumor boards, and managing an average of 2 new consults and 3-5 follow-up appointments daily. This position requires a board-certified Radiation Oncologist and offers the opportunity to work with advanced EMR systems, Epic and Mosaiq.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Participate in morning team meetings and tumor boards.
  • Conduct new patient consults and follow-up appointments.
  • Manage an average of 25-30 patients undergoing treatment.
  • Perform status checks and review Cone Beam CT (CBCT).
  • Assist with occasional clinical setups.

Additional Information
  • Must be board certified in Radiation Oncology.
  • Valid DEA certification required.
  • Licensure in North Carolina is essential.
