Job Description

We are seeking a Radiation Oncologist for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina, starting on Oct 6, 2025. This role primarily involves morning team meetings, participating in tumor boards, and managing consultations and follow-up appointments with an average of 2 new consults and 3 to 5 follow-ups per day. Working hours are from 8:00 AM to approximately 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Conduct morning meetings and participate in tumor boards
  • Handle new consultations and follow-up appointments
  • Manage on average 25-30 patients undergoing treatment
  • Perform status checks and review of Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT)
  • Assist in occasional clinical setups

Additional Information
  • Required board certification in Radiation Oncology
  • Must possess a valid NC medical license
  • DEA certification required
  • Familiarity with Epic and Mosaiq EMR systems
