Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Rheumatologist for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in New Jersey, starting May 18, 2026. Our client is looking for a Physician to provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases on a full-time, flexible schedule.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive care for patients with a wide range of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases.
  • Perform joint injections if desired.
  • Imaging interpretations are not expected.
  • Manage general Rheumatology cases in the outpatient clinic, including but not limited to:
  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • Lupus
  • Psoriatic Arthritis
  • Ankylosing Spondylitis
  • Gout/Pseudogout
  • Osteoarthritis
  • Vasculitis
  • Scleroderma
  • Sarcoidosis
  • Fibromyalgia/Chronic Pain Syndromes
  • Complex Autoimmune Conditions


Additional Information

  • Board Certification in Rheumatology is required.
  • Experience with Epic EMR.
