 We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a locum tenens position through Barton Associates to fill an opening at a hospital in Oregon. This 100-day assignment starts on 09/01/2025, with a full-time work schedule of Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing common illnesses such as cold, cough, and flu, as well as specializing in sleep medicine. Responsibilities include conducting sleep study consultations, follow-ups, and annual appointments. This position offers the possibility of extension beyond the initial assignment period.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Diagnose and treat common illnesses such as cold, cough, and flu

• Conduct sleep study consultations and follow-ups

• Provide patient education on sleep hygiene and related issues

• Order and interpret diagnostic tests

• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals as needed

• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records using eClinicalWorks EMR system

• Adhere to all relevant healthcare regulations and best practices
