We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 5-week locum tenens assignment in California, starting Jan 26, 2026. This role offers Monday through Friday day shifts from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm. The assignment focuses on urgent care cases, with occasional occupational health responsibilities and no emergency room coverage required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Perform limited occupational health evaluations and interventions
  • Deliver patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and best practices

Additional Information
  • Must have at least 1 year of emergency department experience within the last 3 years
  • California license required
  • Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) required
  • Prior credentialing with Kaiser in Southern California strongly preferred
