Job Description

We are seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join our client in California for a 10-day assignment beginning Feb 25, 2026. This role involves providing essential urgent care services across 3, 4, or 5 12-hour shifts per week, from 9 AM to 9 PM.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services.
• Manage a wide range of basic urgent care cases.
• Utilize on-site diagnostic and treatment resources including EKG, Labs, Pharmacy, and X-ray.
• Operate within a standalone urgent care clinic, distinct from an emergency room.
• Adhere to a 20-minute appointment slot schedule for patient care.
• Administer IV fluids as clinically indicated.
• Focus on the treatment of low acuity cases.
