Job Description

We are actively seeking a dedicated Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner to join our client's team in Kansas, beginning Apr 13, 2026. This 40-day assignment requires three 12-hour shifts per week, covering the facility's hours of operation from 8 AM to 8 PM Monday through Saturday, and 1 PM to 7 PM on Sundays. The successful candidate will manage a broad spectrum of urgent care cases, including minor injuries, common infections, various skin conditions, and neonatal cases, providing comprehensive care across all age groups.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Manage a wide range of bread and butter urgent care cases
  • Provide care for patients across the lifespan, from birth to advanced age
  • Address various conditions including COVID-19, minor injuries, and sprains
  • Evaluate and treat skin rashes, headaches, and sexually transmitted infections (STIs)
  • Diagnose and manage ear infections and hypertension
  • Care for certain neonatal cases as needed
