Provider Type Needed: Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner
Independently provide urgent care services to a high patient volume (40+ patients per shift)
Manage a variety of acute presentations typically seen in urgent care settings
Work collaboratively within a streamlined team structure (provider, medical assistant, front desk)
Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Epic EMR
Obtain and maintain DOT certification as required
Uphold standards of care and ensure patient safety
Demonstrate flexibility with rotating shift schedules
Additional Information
Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
At least one year of experience in urgent care or emergency medicine required; new graduates will not be considered
Must be able to work autonomously
Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
DOT certification required (may obtain independently if not already held)
