Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver urgent care services independently, managing a high-volume patient load (40+ patients per shift)
  • Collaborate with medical assistant and front desk staff to optimize patient flow
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Administer appropriate procedures and interventions based on urgent care needs
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all patient encounters
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols and regulatory requirements

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
  • Ability to work autonomously; new graduates will not be considered
  • DOT certification is a plus
  • Flexibility to float to nearby locations as needed
