We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 5-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina, starting Feb 2, 2026. This opportunity features weekday shifts with a varied schedule and requires the ability to handle a fast-paced clinic environment while managing both acute and chronic cases.

  • Monday, Tuesday, Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide urgent care services in a clinic setting
  • Conduct patient consultations averaging 15 minutes per patient
  • See approximately 4 patients per hour
  • Manage chronic care cases alongside urgent needs
  • Demonstrate excellent bedside manner and patient communication
  • Efficiently handle high patient volume

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in North Carolina
