Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide urgent care services to patients presenting with a variety of non-emergent medical needs
- Assess, diagnose, and treat common illnesses and minor injuries
- Perform patient examinations and order diagnostic tests as necessary
- Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in accordance with clinical guidelines
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and clinical staff
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Additional Information
- Active North Dakota nurse practitioner license required
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) required
- Experience in urgent care settings preferred
