This opportunity begins on Dec 27, 2025, and features 12-hour onsite shifts caring for all ages, with a schedule spanning select dates through Jan 1, 2026. The ideal candidate will be experienced in providing both family medicine and urgent care services and must meet Medicaid requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive family medicine and urgent care services to patients of all ages

  • Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans in alignment with best practices
  • Perform onsite patient evaluations and procedures as appropriate for urgent care settings
  • Document all patient encounters accurately
  • Adhere to Medicaid protocols and requirements

Additional Information
  • Current Nurse Practitioner license for New Jersey required
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
  • DEA registration required
  • Experience with Medicaid patients preferred
