Job Description

We are seeking an Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner for a 1-day assignment in New Jersey, starting Apr 8, 2026. This role involves providing urgent care, including COVID cases, and performing procedures like suturing and splinting. The successful candidate will manage a high volume of patients, often as the sole provider, with variable shifts that include extended evening and weekend hours.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide comprehensive urgent care services, including management of COVID cases.
• Perform procedures such as suturing and splinting.
• Manage a high volume of patients (40-60 per shift) as the sole provider.
• Ensure all patients are seen before the end of the shift, which may extend beyond posted clinic hours (8pm on weekdays, 4pm on weekends).

Additional Information

• Experience with AdvancedMD and Epic EMR systems.
• Patient demographic includes all ages.
