Responsibilities and Duties
- Serve as the sole clinician covering urgent care for the duration of each shift
- Assess, diagnose, and manage a variety of acute and urgent medical cases
- Deliver patient care independently, making appropriate clinical decisions
- Document all encounters using Epic EMR
- Maintain compliance with facility protocols and standards of care
Additional Information
- Must hold a current NY state license
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
- Strong background in urgent care with proven ability to work solo
- Experience with Epic EMR preferred
