Responsibilities and Duties
Evaluate and manage acute and urgent medical conditions in patients presenting to the urgent care clinic
Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe treatments within scope of practice
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Adhere to clinic protocols and comply with regulatory standards
Additional Information
Requires current Oregon nurse practitioner license
2-3 years of experience as a nurse practitioner required
Board certifications required: Family Medicine, Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP), Urgent Care
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications required
