Responsibilities and Duties
Serve as the sole provider at the clinic during scheduled shifts
Deliver urgent care services to a diverse patient population of all ages
Perform suturing and splinting as needed
Manage a variable daily caseload, averaging 20 patients per day (range: fewer than 10 to over 30)
Maintain accurate documentation using the Cerner EMR system
Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
Additional Information
Active WA license required
Family Nurse Practitioner Certification (FNP) and Urgent Care board certification required
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
Must have a clean background
Recent or current experience in urgent care settings required
Ability to work independently and confidently as the only provider
Experience seeing 20+ patients per day in an urgent care setting required
