Additional Information

• California licensure required
• Board certification in Family Medicine required
• Certifications needed: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
