Responsibilities and Duties

- Ensure adherence to quality metrics and preventive care guidelines
- Deliver care consistent with rural health standards
Additional Information
- Must hold a current California license
- Required board certification in Family Medicine
- Experience in rural health settings strongly preferred
- Credentialing process may take up to 90 days
