We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a locum tenens assignment in California. Responsibilities and Duties
- Evaluate and treat urgent care cases presenting to the clinic
- Manage cases within the scope of urgent care; refer serious cases to appropriate facilities
- Provide some occupational health services as needed
- Deliver patient-centered care in accordance with current clinical guidelines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters
Additional Information
- Must hold a current California license
- At least 1 year of emergency department experience in the last 3 years required
- Preference for candidates already credentialed with Kaiser in Southern California
