Job Description

Our client in Montana is seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 70-day assignment starting Mar 16, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive urgent care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, pediatric care, reproductive health, mental health, substance use treatment, and in-office procedures. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, focusing primarily on walk-in and acute illness visits.


Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive urgent care services for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and episodic care.
  • Manage chronic diseases and deliver preventive care.
  • Offer pediatric care and reproductive health services.
  • Deliver mental health and substance use treatment.
  • Perform in-office procedures as needed.


Additional Information

  • Required board certification in Family Medicine or Urgent Care.
  • Experience with RPMS EMR system.
  • The client has a strong preference for male candidates due to cultural considerations within the community to ensure appropriate access to care.
  • Shift hours are Monday through Friday, 8a-430.
