Schedule: 36/40 hour week rotation; most weeks are Tuesday, Wednesday, Saturday, Sunday in week 1 and Monday, Thursday, Friday in week 2; 8am-8pm weekdays, 8am-4pm weekends
Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver urgent care services to 40+ patients per shift in a high-volume setting
Work autonomously with support from a medical assistant and front desk staff
Provide patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a broad range of urgent care needs
Manage documentation and patient records using Epic EMR
Ensure a high standard of patient care and adherence to clinical protocols
Obtain and maintain DOT certification if not already held
Additional Information
Must hold an active North Carolina license
At least 1 year of experience in urgent care or emergency room settings required; new graduates will not be considered
Must be able to work independently
Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
DOT certification required or must be obtained before start
