Responsibilities and Duties
- Deliver urgent care services to 40+ patients per shift in a high-volume setting
- Work autonomously with support from a medical assistant and front desk staff
- Provide patient assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a broad range of urgent care needs
- Manage documentation and patient records using Epic EMR
- Ensure a high standard of patient care and adherence to clinical protocols
- Obtain and maintain DOT certification if not already held
Additional Information
- Must hold an active North Carolina license
- At least 1 year of experience in urgent care or emergency room settings required; new graduates will not be considered
- Must be able to work independently
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
- DOT certification required or must be obtained before start
