We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 3-day locum tenens assignment in North Carolina. This opportunity begins on Dec 22, 2025, and features day shifts with an established team, including one physician, multiple advanced practice providers, and nursing staff. Candidates must have recent urgent care experience and hold current ACLS and BLS certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide urgent care services alongside an established team consisting of one physician, four providers, and ten nurses
  • Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a variety of acute illnesses and injuries
  • Perform necessary procedures and interventions in accordance with urgent care protocols
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters

Additional Information
  • Recent urgent care experience required
  • Must possess current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
  • North Carolina licensure required
