Responsibilities and Duties
Provide autonomous urgent care services, managing a high daily patient volume (40+ per shift)
Collaborate with medical assistant and front desk staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Assess, diagnose, and treat a wide range of urgent care presentations
Perform necessary procedures within the urgent care scope of practice
Maintain accurate and timely patient records
Ensure compliance with all clinical protocols and safety standards
Additional Information
Must be able to work independently; experience required, no new graduates
North Carolina license required
Basic Life Support (BLS) and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certifications required
DOT certification is a plus
