Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 1-day locum tenens assignment in New Jersey starting Oct 31, 2025. This opportunity requires the ability to suture, splint, and manage a high volume of patients as the sole provider, with shifts running from 8am to 10pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver urgent care services as the sole provider
• Diagnose and treat a range of urgent care conditions, including COVID
• Perform suturing and splinting procedures
• Manage high patient volumes, especially during peak periods
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation
• Ensure all patients are seen before end of shift

Additional Information

• Active New Jersey license, DEA, and CDS required
• Several years of urgent care experience necessary
• Must be comfortable working independently
