We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 24-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, starting Feb 9, 2026. This role offers 12-hour day shifts with a flexible schedule of 1-2 shifts per week, and occasional floating between nearby locations as needed. Ideal candidates will have at least 2 recent years of urgent care experience and be comfortable acting as the sole provider while performing basic urgent care procedures.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as the sole provider in an urgent care setting, managing 30-40 patients per day
• Perform basic urgent care procedures independently and efficiently
• Float between multiple nearby locations as needed
• Deliver patient-centered care across a range of urgent care cases
• Adhere to clinical protocols and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate effectively with support staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Additional Information

• Minimum of 2 recent years of urgent care experience required
• Must possess active Oregon license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Must be comfortable with 12-hour shifts and floating between sites as needed
