We are seeking an Urgent Care Physician Assistant for a 90-day locum tenens assignment in Wisconsin starting Feb 1, 2026. This role offers a flexible schedule with day shifts Monday through Friday and shorter hours on weekends and holidays. The assignment involves providing care for both adult and pediatric patients in a walk-in clinic setting with onsite lab and x-ray support.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Evaluate and treat walk-in patients presenting with a range of acute issues including colds, minor cuts, sprains, and strains
  • Provide care for both adult and pediatric populations
  • Utilize onsite laboratory and x-ray services during walk-in clinic hours
  • Collaborate with physicians and other advanced practice clinicians, with independent coverage as needed
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient records
  • Ensure adherence to clinical protocols and quality standards

Additional Information
  • Must be licensed as a Physician Assistant in Wisconsin
  • Board certification in Family Medicine or Urgent Care required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
  • Must be comfortable working independently and as part of a team in a clinic attached to a family practice facility
