Job Description

Our client in California is actively seeking an Urgent Care Physician for a 30-day assignment starting May 22, 2026. This role involves providing essential urgent and primary care services, including managing a diverse patient population from all age groups, handling multiple patient complaints, and working 15-minute appointment slots. The schedule is set for Fridays from 8 am to 5 pm and Saturdays from 10 am to 2 pm.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide urgent care services within an FQHC setting, addressing rural health aspects.
• Manage a diverse patient load, often with three or more complaints per visit, utilizing 15-minute appointment slots.
• Deliver primary care for all age groups, with a focus on adult patients.
• Perform minimal primary care procedures, as full-scope procedures are handled by other providers on site.
