Responsibilities and Duties
Provide urgent care services to patients of all ages
Perform suturing, wound care, and incision and draining procedures
Apply splints and conduct x-rays and EKGs
Draw blood and manage pediatric cases
Work independently without nurse support
Additional Information
Must be residency trained and ABMS or AOB certified in Family Medicine or Urgent Care (no other boards accepted)
Proof of 50 relevant patient encounters in the past 12 months required
Current BLS certification required (AHA only); ACLS and PALS preferred
Epic EMR experience preferred
