Job Description

Barton is seeking a board-certified Urology Surgeon for a 120-day locum tenens assignment in California. This opportunity begins on Dec 1, 2025, and features day shifts Monday through Friday, with additional call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, independent, and able to start as soon as credentialed. Prior experience with robotics is a significant plus.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide urology care primarily in a clinic setting
  • Evaluate and manage patients with urologic conditions, with emphasis on urologic oncology
  • Perform surgical procedures if skilled and available, particularly robotic surgery
  • Take call as scheduled
  • Collaborate with clinic and surgical teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
  • Adapt quickly to a busy clinical environment

Additional Information

  • Must be board certified in Urology
