Job Description
Our client in Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Urologist for a 123-day assignment starting May 1, 2026. This role involves comprehensive urological procedures and consultations, with an anticipated 2-3 patient encounters per shift, covering weekdays and full 7a-7a shifts.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Perform a wide range of urological procedures and consultations, managing 2-3 patient encounters per shift.
- Provide specialized urology care, including advanced endoscopic techniques, laparoscopic surgeries, percutaneous nephrolithotomy, ureteroscopy, radical cystectomy with ileo-loop conduit, radical prostatectomy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, pelvic node dissection, and robotic surgery.
- Conduct partial nephrectomies with intraoperative ultrasound, adrenalectomies, renal and bladder ultrasound with biopsy, TRUS biopsies, fertility work-ups, incontinence procedures, penile prosthesis insertions, Extracorporeal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL), renal transplant surgery, and advanced pediatric surgery.

- Board Certification in Urology required.
