This role involves providing 24-hour on-site call coverage for a minimum of 7 consecutive days per month, with ideal shifts ranging from 7-10 days at a time. The urologist will be responsible for managing a full scope of urological cases, from common conditions like urinary tract infections and kidney stones to complex cases such as prostate cancer and urethral strictures. Duties include rounding, consultations, and performing both scheduled and emergency surgeries, with a particular emphasis on prostate surgeries and nephrectomies.
