Responsibilities and Duties

  • Maintain accurate documentation of all cases, including procedure details and diagnoses
  • Collaborate with hospital staff to ensure coordinated patient care

Additional Information
  • Must hold a current Washington state license
  • Board certification in Surgery required
  • Applicant must provide documentation (case list) of 100 clinical procedures representative of the requested privileges, completed within the previous 24 months; case list should include diagnosis or procedure, date, and facility
