Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversee the clinical scope of practice for providers with privileges in prenatal and GYN care.
  • Manage both low-risk and moderate high-risk prenatal care, including cases of gestational diabetes (GDMA1).
  • Perform procedures such as IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal.
  • Conduct early OB ultrasounds, including first-trimester dating.
  • Work closely with the nursing triage team on urgent OB calls from external partners.
  • Ensure quality assurance on pregnancy-related care.
  • Provide direct patient care in collaboration with the medical leadership team.
