Our client in California is actively seeking a qualified Physician specializing in Women and Adolescent Health for a 120-day locum tenens assignment starting on Jul 21, 2025. This role involves a Monday-Friday telehealth schedule from a clinic setting, focusing on prenatal and complex gynecological care.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Oversee clinical scope of practice for providers with privileges in prenatal and GYN care.
  • Manage low-risk and moderate high-risk prenatal care including GDMA1.
  • Perform IUD and Nexplanon insertion and removal.
  • Conduct early OB ultrasound including first trimester dating.
  • Work closely with the medical leadership team and nursing triage team for urgent OB calls from external partners.
  • Ensure quality assurance on pregnancy-related care.
