Responsibilities and Duties
  • Assess and treat inpatient wounds through debridement and dressing changes
  • Manage outpatient follow-ups for chronic wounds
  • Apply and monitor Negative Pressure Wound Therapy (NPWT)
  • Coordinate with nurses and providers on wound care plans
  • Document wound progress and bill for procedures
  • Educate patients and staff on wound prevention and care

Additional Information
  • Required Board Certifications: Family Medicine
  • Proficient with the Cerner EMR system
  • Must hold a valid Nurse Practitioner license in Idaho
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required
