Responsibilities and Duties
Provide advanced wound care to patients whose wounds have not healed under conservative treatment for over 30 days
Conduct initial assessments, order synthetic skin or skin grafts, debride and rewrap wounds as required
Utilize amniotic membrane grafts and amniography as primary treatment modalities
Follow established care plans and operate independently in patient home settings
Document and monitor patient progress over the course of care
Additional Information
Indiana state license required
Board certification in Wound Care required
Advanced wound experience preferred
Ability to work solo and follow established care protocols
Open to providers with limited availability as patient volume builds
