Responsibilities and Duties
Provide advanced wound care treatment to patients with wounds unhealed after 30+ days of conservative management
Conduct initial assessments and develop individualized care plans
Utilize amniotic membrane grafts and amniography as primary treatment modalities
Order and apply synthetic skin/skin grafts as indicated
Perform wound debridement and rewrapping during each visit
Follow care plans and operate autonomously within the patient’s home
Additional Information
Indiana Nurse Practitioner license required
Wound Care board certification required
Advanced wound care experience preferred
Must be comfortable working independently in a home care setting
