Responsibilities and Duties
Provide advanced wound care treatment for patients with non-healing wounds lasting over 30 days
Perform initial assessments, place orders for synthetic skin or skin grafts, debride, and rewrap wounds
Utilize amniotic membrane grafts as the primary treatment modality
Employ amniography techniques in patient care
Operate independently in patients' homes, following established care plans
Additional Information
Indiana license required
Board certification in Wound Care required
Advanced wound care experience preferred
Ability to work independently and confidently in home care settings
