We are seeking a Wound Care Physician Assistant for a 6-week locum tenens assignment in Indiana. This opportunity begins on Oct 13, 2025, and offers a flexible schedule of approximately one day per week, with visits lasting about one hour. The provider will deliver advanced wound care treatments in the patient's home, operating independently and following a set care plan. Candidates with advanced wound experience are preferred.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Perform advanced wound care treatment for wounds unresponsive to 30+ days of conservative therapy
  • Utilize amniotic membrane grafts as the primary treatment
  • Conduct initial assessment, order synthetic skin or skin grafts as indicated
  • Debride and rewrap wounds as part of ongoing care
  • Complete documentation and care in the patient's home setting
  • Work independently while adhering to established care plans

Additional Information
  • Indiana license and Wound Care board certification required
  • Advanced wound care experience preferred
  • Must be confident working solo in a home care environment
