Responsibilities and Duties
  • Deliver advanced wound care to patients with wounds unhealed for over 30 days
  • Use amniotic membrane grafts as the primary treatment modality
  • Perform initial patient assessment and order synthetic skin or skin grafts as needed
  • Conduct wound debridement and rewrapping procedures
  • Operate autonomously and adhere to established care plans in the home setting
  • Travel to the patient's residence to provide clinical care

Additional Information
  • Indiana Physician Assistant license and Wound Care board certification required
  • Advanced wound care experience preferred
  • Must be confident operating solo and following established care plans
