Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver advanced wound care to patients with wounds unhealed for over 30 days
Use amniotic membrane grafts as the primary treatment modality
Perform initial patient assessment and order synthetic skin or skin grafts as needed
Conduct wound debridement and rewrapping procedures
Operate autonomously and adhere to established care plans in the home setting
Travel to the patient's residence to provide clinical care
Additional Information
Indiana Physician Assistant license and Wound Care board certification required
Advanced wound care experience preferred
Must be confident operating solo and following established care plans
