Job Description

 We are seeking a skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) for a locum tenens position in Wisconsin. This 10-day assignment at a Multi-Specialty Clinic requires coverage for varying shifts and call duties, starting from 07/07/2025. The CRNA will provide anesthesia services for OR cases, including trauma cases and obstetric procedures requiring epidurals. The schedule includes a mix of day shifts and on-call responsibilities throughout the week. Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide anesthesia services for a variety of surgical procedures

• Handle OR coverage for scheduled and emergency cases

• Manage anesthesia for trauma cases, including potentially intubated patients

• Administer epidurals for obstetric procedures

• Perform pre-anesthetic evaluations and develop appropriate anesthetic plans

• Monitor and manage patients during surgical procedures

• Ensure proper post-anesthesia care and pain management

• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes

• Respond promptly to on-call duties as scheduled

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Epic electronic health record system

• Adhere to all anesthesia protocols and safety standards

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members


Additional Information:

• Must be licensed in Wisconsin

• Experience with Epic electronic health record system preferred

• Strong clinical skills in anesthesiology, including trauma and obstetric cases

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, multi-specialty environment

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills required

• Flexibility to work varying shifts and on-call hours
