 Barton Associates is seeking an experienced Dentist for a locum tenens position at a Dental Clinic in Missouri. This opportunity offers coverage for 11 days across two locations, starting 05/27/2025. The assignment involves working Monday through Thursday from 8 AM to 5 PM, providing comprehensive dental care including basic cosmetic and restorative dentistry, crowns, dentures, bridges, implants, fillings, extractions, and endodontic procedures. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with the Wave One system and capable of performing 8-10 treatments and 10-12 hygiene patient exams per day. This role provides an excellent opportunity for a skilled Dentist to contribute their expertise in a dynamic healthcare setting while enjoying the flexibility of locum tenens work.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform comprehensive dental examinations and treatments
• Conduct basic cosmetic and restorative dentistry procedures
• Provide crown, denture, bridge, and implant services
• Perform fillings and extractions as needed
• Conduct endodontic procedures on anterior teeth, bicuspids, and uncomplicated molars
• Complete 8-10 treatments and 10-12 hygiene patient exams per day
• Utilize the Wave One system for dental procedures
• Develop and implement treatment plans
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with other dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants
• Ensure compliance with all safety and sterilization protocols
• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures
• Participate in any necessary staff meetings or consultations

Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice dentistry in Missouri
• Experience in general and cosmetic dentistry required
• Proficiency in endodontic procedures is essential
• Familiarity with the Wave One system is advantageous
