Job Description

 We are seeking a skilled Dentist for a locum tenens position in New Hampshire. This 23-day assignment requires coverage from Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, starting from 05/27/2025. The dentist will serve as the sole provider, handling all general dentistry duties in a practice with 4 procedure chairs and 4 hygiene chairs. Responsibilities include performing exams, diagnostics, cleanings, fluoride treatments, dental sealants, fillings, crowns, extractions, implant restorations, bridges, and full & partial dentures. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with a wide range of dental procedures, including Invisalign, and be able to manage dental emergencies.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform comprehensive dental exams and diagnostics

• Provide cleaning and hygiene services

• Administer fluoride treatments and dental sealants

• Handle dental emergencies

• Conduct dental fillings and crown procedures

• Perform tooth extractions when necessary

• Manage dental implant restorations

• Create and fit dental bridges

• Prepare and fit full & partial dentures (if applicable)

• Offer Invisalign treatments

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the Eaglesoft system

• Collaborate with dental hygienists and assistants to ensure quality patient care

• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventive care

• Develop treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs


Additional Information:

• Must be licensed in New Hampshire

• Experience with Eaglesoft dental software preferred

• Comfortable working as the sole provider in the practice

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills essential

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dental environment
