Job Description

We are seeking an experienced General Dentist for a 10-day locum tenens assignment with our client in Virginia. Starting Dec 4, 2025, this role offers a focused schedule on Thursdays and Fridays, with shifts from 10am to 7pm and 8am to 2pm, respectively. The Dentist will provide comprehensive general dentistry services in a professional setting utilizing Dentrix software. Candidates must hold an active dental license and maintain current BLS and DEA certifications.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Deliver general dentistry services, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Perform routine dental procedures such as cleanings, fillings, and extractions
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventive care
  • Maintain accurate and timely records using Dentrix
  • Adhere to clinical protocols and safety standards
  • Participate in team huddles and collaborate with dental staff
