 We are seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner specializing in Family Practice for a locum tenens position at a Multi-Specialty Clinic in Oregon. This 60-day assignment begins on 07/14/2025, with a potential for extension. The ideal candidate will be comfortable with chronic and acute care maintenance, treating upper respiratory issues, colds, coughs, and flu. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with occasional Saturday shifts. As a locum tenens provider, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality primary care, managing patient health, and contributing to the overall patient experience at the clinic.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide comprehensive family practice care to patients

• Manage chronic and acute care conditions

• Diagnose and treat upper respiratory issues, colds, coughs, and flu

• Perform routine health assessments and physical examinations

• Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate

• Educate patients on preventive care and healthy lifestyle choices

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using Nextgen EMR system

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in the clinic

• Adhere to all clinic policies and procedures

• Ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction


Additional Information:

• Must be licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Oregon

• Experience with Nextgen EMR system is preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinic environment

• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care

• No suturing or splinting required

• Occasional, but very rare urgent care cases may arise (not a dealbreaker)
