This opportunity starts on Nov 3, 2025, with a preferred schedule of 4 ten-hour shifts, Monday through Thursday. Responsibilities and Duties
  • Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients
  • Manage overflow cases in urgent care as needed
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatments within scope of practice
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records using Epic EMR
  • Comply with all clinical protocols and standards

Additional Information
  • Must have an active North Carolina license
  • Minimum 1 year of experience required
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA certification required
  • Client will cover DOT if provider does not already have it; must obtain within 60 days of starting
  • Experience with Epic EMR preferred
