We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Physician for a 120-day locum tenens assignment at a multi-specialty clinic in California, starting 06/09/2025. This opportunity requires coverage Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 36 hours of patient care and 4 hours of administrative time per week. The ideal candidate will be comfortable managing an outpatient primary care and chronic care panel in a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting. This position offers the chance to work in a multi-specialty clinic using Epic EHR, with a possibility for assignment extension.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages
• Manage chronic conditions and coordinate care for complex patients
• Conduct routine check-ups, screenings, and preventive care visits
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Utilize Epic EHR for patient documentation and care management
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals in a multi-specialty setting
• Participate in care coordination and panel management activities
• Adhere to FQHC policies and procedures
• Ensure high-quality patient care and maintain professional standards

Additional Information:
• Must be licensed to practice medicine in California
• Board certification in Family Medicine required
• Experience in outpatient primary care and chronic disease management preferred
