We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician for a 96-day locum tenens assignment in California, starting Nov 10, 2025. This full-time opportunity involves weekday outpatient coverage at intergenerational health centers, serving patients of all ages with day shifts Monday to Friday. Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide full-scope family medicine care for patients of all ages in an outpatient setting
- Conduct wellness checks, physicals, and manage acute conditions such as cold, cough, and flu
- Deliver primary care services to a predominantly Spanish-speaking population (Spanish preferred, not required)
- Collaborate with dental and dermatology providers as part of an integrated care team
- Utilize Athenahealth EMR system for patient documentation
- Adhere to facility protocols and maintain a high standard of patient care
Additional Information
- California medical license required
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- At least 2-3 years of clinical experience preferred
- Commitment to full contract term is necessary for consideration
- Spanish language skills are preferred but not required
