Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care as the sole provider
  • Deliver care in accordance with board certification in Family Medicine
  • Manage patient diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
  • Ensure compliance with all required certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA registration
  • Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Additional Information

  • Board certification in Family Medicine required
  • Active Louisiana medical license required
  • Outpatient primary care experience as a sole provider strongly preferred
  • IHS experience is a plus
  • Must maintain current BLS and DEA credentials
