Responsibilities and Duties

- Deliver care in accordance with board certification in Family Medicine
- Manage patient diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up
- Ensure compliance with all required certifications, including Basic Life Support (BLS) and DEA registration
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
Additional Information
- Board certification in Family Medicine required
- Active Louisiana medical license required
- Outpatient primary care experience as a sole provider strongly preferred
- IHS experience is a plus
- Must maintain current BLS and DEA credentials
