We are seeking a Family Practice Physician for a 60-day locum tenens assignment in Massachusetts, starting Nov 17, 2025. This opportunity features flexible scheduling between Monday and Saturday, with shifts ranging from 8am to 8pm, and appointment lengths designed to support your transition into the practice.

Responsibilities and Duties
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, including diabetes, asthma, and hypertension
  • Provide preventive care such as routine checkups, health-risk assessments, immunizations, and screening tests
  • Deliver personalized counseling on maintaining a healthy lifestyle
  • Perform acute care services and chronic disease management
  • Conduct appointments of 20 minutes each, with 40-minute slots for procedures such as Nexplanon and IUD placements
  • Collaborate with medical assistants and utilize on-site interpretation services as needed

Additional Information
  • 5+ years of experience required
  • Massachusetts medical license required
  • Spanish or Haitian Creole speaking is a plus, but interpretation services are available
  • Board certification not required for this role
